Synergy PSM Corp., an industry leader in providing industrial services to the manufacturing industry, is seeking an entry-level Site Supervisor to work at our customer’s site located in Hudsonville MI.

The Cleaning Tech is responsible for providing general labor and completing cleaning job assignments.

Synergy PSM Corp. will provide on-the-job training.

Principle Duties & Responsibilities:

Take direction and perform daily job assignments as directed by Supervisor

Replaces paint process filters, tac-coatings and grease.

Removes paint build up, using hand and power tools.

Maintains floors and waste containers.

Maintains parts washer and ovens.

Ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner.

Ensure maximum production efficiency.

Follow established policies and procedures to ensure safe quality of services

Properly operate equipment, training will be provided as required.

Maintain a safe, clean and orderly work area, and promptly report an accident, injury, potential incidences or any unsafe work conditions in the workplace

Encourages and builds positive relationships effectively with co-workers and customer.

Ability to work a full-time schedule as dictated in this job description (See Below), arrive to work on a timely basis, perform weekend and overtime duties when requested.

Part time position is available

Perform other duties as assigned

Skills & Abilities:

Use equipment such as, ladders, pressure washers, wet and dry vac, shovels, picks, automated tooling, ladders and other equipment needed

Ability to work schedule as dictated in this job description (See Below), arrive to work on a timely basis, perform weekend and overtime duties when requested.

Desire to learn required.

Must hold and maintain a valid driver’s license

Basic experience within a manufacturing environment is preferred

Work Environment / Physical Requirements:

This position requires a person to have the ability to perform work while sitting, standing or walking a minimum of eight hours a day and manage stairs, use ladders tools and test equipment

Position oneself for work conducted in and around confined spaces. Work at heights.

Must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach and use hands to handle or feel objects, tools or controls;

Must be able to lift at least 75 pounds

Must be able to pass a Drug Test prior to employment and randomly during duration of employment.

Work Shift:

2nd shift. Currently 2:00 PM start

Flexibility to change shifts as directed by customer production patterns

Weekend Overtime

Benefits:

Starting wage $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
