RN Case Manager - Home Health Registered Nurse - Full-time

We are looking for an experienced Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a Full-Time position in Home Health Care. The pay and benefits are generous for this Registered Nurse Position including 4.5 weeks paid time off and free company paid life insurance. The Registered Nurse must have home health experience including complete proficiency with filling out the OASIS form. The field registered nurse position in home health care is called a case manager, as you will be managing the cases of your home health patients.
