People who build and leverage cross-functional relationships to bring together ideas, data and insights to drive continuous improvement in functions.What you will doYou will be responsible for establishing marketing strategies, including product direction, advertising, packaging, pricing, expense budgets, profit plans and future product development, to manage a product or product category's life cycle.Responsibilities may include:Develops and maintains strategy for market segments within imaging

Develops and executes product marketing strategies to achieve stated revenues and market share objectives

Drives the product marketing and marketing messaging throughout all communication mediums in order to deliver clear product education and support

Collaborates with field sales management, consulting surgeons and patients to evaluate and execute marketing strategies and programs

Supports Mobius Imaging sales force

Coordinates technical product development, estimates of potential profits, and release to production specific to the family of imaging products and procedures

Establishes operational and project objectives and assignments and delegates assignments to project team. Directs and coordinates the activities of project team personnel (engineering, manufacturing, procurement, marketing and quality) to ensure projects progress on schedule and within prescribed budget

Conducts surgeon and sales rep product and procedure training

Collaborates with a wide variety of functional areas such as sales, engineering, marketing, manufacturing, and operations to develop and provide product definitions responsive to customer needs and market opportunities

Produce competitive analysis materials comparing product with its key competitors

Establish and maintain relationships with key imaging / neuro surgeons

Provides technical expertise and training to other departments in support of product development

Manages the development stage of the product life cycle for large scale projects. Responsible for ensuring that all customer requirements are met including the monitoring of test reports, documentation of instructions, etc.

Defines promotional activities, publicizing the product through the press, sales force, and alternate distribution channels. Plan and manage trade show activities

What you needBachelor’s degree required, marketing or biology concentration a plus

Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred

6+ relevant experience required, previous work in medical device industry preferred

Imaging experience preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Experience using Salesforce, MS Project, Visio, Outlook, and Access preferred

Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills required

Refined analytical skills and ability to deliver results with multiple and complex projects

Refined oral and written skills (both in groups and one-on-on interaction)

Competent oral and written skills (both in groups and one-on-one interaction)

Demonstrated ability to achieve deliverable results

Excellent public speaking and presentation skills are essential
