Our human resources team is anticipating to hire eager leaders who are excited to help union workers with their ongoing needs.
Must be good with face to face interactions
Must be proficient with Microsoft Suite
Must be coachable, detail oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure
Must be a self starter, solution oriented and able to multi-task
Explain to union workers details about their contracts
Email home office in regards to pending applications
Manage 1-5 individuals after 90 days probation
Flexible schedule
Some college preferred
No experience necessary- full training is provided
