$60,000 - $90,000 depending on experience + Excellent Benefits

100% REMOTE WORKING AVAILABLEA well-established Managed Service Provider (20+ years) with multiple offices in Wisconsin is looking for a Tier III IT Engineer to join their team ASAP. They need someone who is technically strong with infrastructure, and sometimes end-user support, surrounding Server, Virtualization, Cloud and Networking to assist with exciting project and day-to-day duties.This business requires a confident individual to provide technical support to their client base which is made up of small, medium and enterprise sized companies across multiple industries. It is an exciting time to join this company who are rapidly expanding year upon year, recently acquiring another MSP, hence the need for extra support staff. They have been providing outstanding Technical Support and Digital Transformation Services across the US and will continue to do so for years to come!This will be a busy, fast paced role where you will gain exposure to a lot of the newest technology out there from a technical design level through to installation and ongoing support as an escalation point.

Technical Skills they are looking for: Windows Server 2012 - 2019 installs and configuration Active Directory / Group Policy Office 365 migrations and management MS Azure migration and maintenance VMware / Hyper-V deployment Network Configuration (WatchGuard/HP/Ubiquiti) Strong Customer Service Skills Relevant industry certifications desirable - MCSA, CCNA MSP experience highly desirableThis job will suit technically strong Tier III engineers or aspiring senior Tier II engineers looking for a new challenging role in a fast-paced but exciting environment.
