$40,000 - $60,000 depending on experience + Excellent Benefits

100% REMOTE WORKING AVAILABLEA well-established Managed Service Provider (20+ years) with multiple offices in Wisconsin, is looking for a Tier II Service Desk Engineer to join their team ASAP. They need someone who is technically strong with end-user support through Server, Virtualization, Cloud and Networking tasks to assist with exciting project and day-to-day duties.This business requires a confident individual to provide technical support to their client base which is made up of small, medium and enterprise sized companies across multiple industries. It is an exciting time to join this company who are rapidly expanding year upon year, recently acquiring another MSP, hence the need for extra support staff. They have been providing outstanding Technical Support and Digital Transformation Services across the US and will continue to do so for years to come!Most of the duties will be general day-to-day support, although there will be a requirement to get stuck into project work on client site from time to time. This will be a busy, fast paced role where you will gain exposure to a lot of the newest technology out there.

Technical Skills they are looking for: Windows Server 2012 - 2019 Active Directory / Group Policy Office 365 MS Azure VMware / Hyper-V Network Troubleshooting (WatchGuard/HP/Ubiquiti) Strong Customer Service Skills Relevant industry certifications desirable - MCSA, CCNA MSP experience highly desirableThis job will suit technically strong Tier II engineers or aspiring senior Tier I engineers looking for a new challenging role in a fast-paced but exciting environment.
