Automotive Warranty Data Analyst

Title: Warranty Data Analyst STG is a Preferred Vendor of a major Automotive Firm in MI. The client is looking for Warranty Data Analyst. Selected candidate will be expected to work on site in Auburn Hills 100% of the time.Description: · Creative problem solver, proactive in the identification and resolution of vehicle quality issues. Responsible for taking the lead role in identifying warranty issues from the field for clear problem definition.· Research warranty data for issue identification and document appropriate communication information. Work with cross functional teams and/or assembly plants to track issue resolution.· Assure timely and effective containment and permanent corrective actions are established.Requirements:· Bachelor of Science degree, automotive technology or Engineering discipline.· Experience in the automotive industry, preferably in Engineering or Technical Service support.Travel and Driving Requirements: Will be required to drive a company car.
