Job Description: CRM Enabling platforms, is an internal facing role reporting to CRM Platform Engineering. You will partner with several teams to ensure that our in-house CRM is optimally used to drive sales and support business needs globally. Leveraging your expert knowledge of CRM system architecture, you'll work hands on in a fast-paced environment to provide solutions and actionable recommendations to develop the company’s CRM into a leading platform. You'll work alongside a global team of product managers across major markets to build innovative sales, marketing and analytics tools to increase Customer retention and satisfaction.

Summary:
  • Owner of the success of the CRM and other internal in-house system applications
  • Create compelling recommendations for feature development or changes through data backed analyses and user insights
  • Actively participate in processes optimization and sales policy discussion to help internal team with appropriate consulting solutions and related online functions
  • Develop and deliver innovative custom solutions, introducing concepts and roadmaps to key decision makers and senior management to address their business issues and needs
  • In charge of managing and handling daily requirements/issues from end users
  • Coordinate and lead the entire solution cycle through close collaboration with other platform product teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Understands business and user priorities, and technical feasibility in order to prioritize the product backlog and manage risks.
  • Focus on delivering product value through careful and deliberate prioritization using data.
  • Work with product designers (internal and/or external) to ensure timely delivery of designs and assets to the engineering development team.
  • Conduct product experiments, user interviews and other validation techniques to gather feedback and product insights
  • Initiates or translates the product road map into manageable product features in the backlog through scoping sessions.
  • Work hands-on with the product team to prioritize, plan, and deliver the product
  • Ensures the backlog is populated with enough prioritized user stories that are ready to be estimated for the next two iterations.
  • Defines analytics to be collected regarding the product and prioritizes their collection.
  • Verifies that the delivered software product meets desired business outcomes.
  • Redefines the backlog content to optimize business outcomes based on software product feedback.
  • Employs and/or champions Agile software processes, culture, best practices, and techniques.
  • Gathers user and stakeholder feedback to drive improvements and manage the product roadmap.
  • Actively employs user research using lean validation techniques.
  • Actively manages features and dependencies in and across product releases.
  • Communicates openly and frequently with the team by being responsive to in-person prompts.
  • Actively works to identify and remove/ mitigate risks and blockers to product delivery.
  • Assesses the overall health of the product and prompts key decisions to move it forward.

Skills Required:
  • Bold, thought leader in the CRM technology space, passionate about building a proprietary CRM.
  • Extensive experience scaling CRM platforms, any of: MS Dynamics, Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft, etc.
  • Can elaborate on your personal 0 -> 1 Product experiences.
  • Deployed products on an international stage, learned from your mistakes.
  • Ability to work with a global team to solve problems in a dynamic, energizing environment.
  • Exceptional at explaining ideas, concepts and complex architecture.

Skills Preferred:
  • Must be able to think and act strategically, without constraints, but be able to operationalize Strong communication, collaborative, and influencing skills
  • Proven ability to work closely with upper management
  • Strong personal presence to be able to represent technical concerns in Product Line prioritization

Experience Required:
  • 5+ years with progressive responsibilities in IT and Agile Framework with Lean Product Management Principals
  • Demonstrated ability to drive development of highly technical consumer focused mobile applications and/or technical platforms

Education Required:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
  • Master’s degree desirable
