We are looking for a quick learner with top notch clerical skills to join our team of valued employees.

We are a family owned manufacturing / service business, with Restaurants, Convenience Stores and Grocery Stores as our customer base.

We are located in Sun Valley, near the Burbank Airport.

Job Description includes:

- Basic Bookkeeping Tasks, processing Sales Orders and Invoicing

- Spreadsheets, Data Entry (Excel and/or Google Docs)

- Collections (Accounts Receivables)

- Complete Work Schedules, manage calendars and arrange appointments

- Answering Customer Service calls in an amazing fashion! Applicant must have:

- Very good organizational and multi-tasking abilities

- Time management skills

- Excellent communications skills

- Typing abilities 40-50+ wpm accurately

- Proficiency with MS Office and Excel (Google Docs)

- Familiarity with office procedures and basic accounting principles (QuickBooks)

- Customer Service skills

- 2+ years experience in a clerical position

- Strong attention to details

Good command of the English language is required.

Bilingual (Spanish) would be a definite plus, but not required.
