Title: IT Delivery Lead II (IT) Location: Detroit, MI Duration: 12-18 months Role Type: W2 Contract EngagementEngagement DescriptionLooking for an IT Delivery Manager II who can drive the delivery of a large-sized project of critical importance that carries substantial consequences. Prior Healthcare Delivery Manager experience preferred.Top 3 Skills:Ability to manage the delivery of large critical IT projectsFive (5) years of experience managing IT projects in a large organizationAbility to apply project management concepts, practices and procedures to completion of a highly complex assignmentRequired Skills/Experience:- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate vision, mission, and goals to both business and IT audiences
- Ability to work with leaders of multiple internal areas and with vendor to achieve desired outcomes
- Track and report on program milestones and provide status reports to project sponsors
- In-depth knowledge of project management tools and methodologies
- Negotiate changes as necessary to achieve objectives and timelines
Preferred Skills/Experience:- Prior experience in Healthcare project delivery
Education/Certifications:- Bachelor's Degree in a related concentration.
