Part-Time Apartment Maintenance Technician

We are looking to hire a part-time apartment maintenance technician looking to work 2-3 days per week, depending on work, with significant household repair experience.

At the end of each day, a list of items worked on/repaired must be submitted to management.

Here is a list of things that you should have experience in when applying for this position:

-Flooring installation

-Drywall

-Sheetrock

-Painting

-Carpentry
