HVAC Service SalesOrlando, FLJob DescriptionPrimary Purpose:The primary purpose of the HVAC Services Sales position is to determine customer needs, develop solutions and, estimate work and sell HVAC service agreements for outside commercial clients. The Sales position should meet sales objectives, develop customer relationships and create a backlog of work to support short and long term goals. Principal Duties and Accountabilities:Source and contact potential clients weekly, document and report on findings accurately, thoroughly and timely.

Update proposal log regularly.

Work with other team members to generate more work for Services, create higher profit-margins and maintain margins for both maintenance and proposed work.

Complete customer satisfaction sheets.

Determine customer needs, estimate work, suggest upgrades, and develop/present solutions based on the company’s services offered.

Monitor, report and meet sales plan goals.

Develop and maintain an active proposal backlog that will support achieving the designed sales plan.

Develop long-term relationships to create brand loyalty.

Thoroughly learn the company’s service offerings to explain to client and persuade sales.

Develop long-term relationships to create brand loyalty.

Assist team in creating and carrying out a successful sales strategy.

Skills & RequirementsKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:A minimum of 5 years experience with a proven track record in HVAC Mechanical Outside Sales and a book of business in Florida.

Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.

Must be organized and self-motivated with the ability to source leads, make cold calls, follow up calls, and visit potential clients.

Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills are required daily.

Professional manner and appearance is required.
