Program Manager - ServiceNow implementation projects.

Job DescriptionBAE has an opening for a Program Manager to manage ServiceNow implementation projects. The Program Manager, Service Now Implementations will support Service Now implementation projects including operational due diligence, implementation planning, and execution.This individual will provide coordination & support to ensure all aspects of the Service Now projects are completed, on-time and within budget. The successful candidate has strong program and project management experience in managing full-life cycle projects including managing resources and teams through business and technical requirements, process and system design, configuration, testing, training, and defining support procedures.Leads Service Now project delivery through the project lifecycle including Planning & Analysis, Phase & Design Reviews, Execution & Solution Deployment, and Project Closure.Collaborates and coordinates with the both functional and technical teams, technology groups, and system implementation partners to develop project strategies and plans.Leads a team of Project Managers, each of whom manage components of the Service Now project, including but not limited to data migration and conversion, business systems integration, infrastructure, engineering and tools migration and conversion.Establishes well-defined, measurable goals for self and projects and holds others accountable without direct authority.Executes to the strategy/plan, anticipating problems and managing program risks and issues with escalation as appropriate.Ensures Business, Functional and Technical Requirements are documented and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.Responsible for Service Now Implementations. Familiar with common project management tools and process enablers for scheduling, requirements, change, and test management.Open to other BAE locations such as Charlotte-NC, Austin-TX, Nashua-NH, San Diego-CA.Also, open to remote workers.Required Education, Experience, & SkillsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.10 years of relevant work experience.Hands-on Service Now experience including leading multiple Service Now implementation projects, managing people, processes, and technologies throughout project full-life cycles.Experience in managing application delivery teams and engaging stakeholders to capture and prioritize business needs.Strong oral and written communications with excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.Ability to work well under pressure with tight deadlines.Preferred Education, Experience, & SkillsPMI Certification.Program Manager - ServiceNow implementation projects.65153BREEO Career Site Equal Opportunity Employer.
