As well as maximizing revenue, they take responsibility for accurate forecasts.Join us as a Business Development Consultant on our Flexible Consumption team anywhere in the US to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impactWhat you’ll achieveThis position will provide value to the field in the area of positioning and selling Dell Technologies flexible consumption acquisition models, strategy offerings and delivery capability. You will work extensively with sales teams and delivery teams and end customer to coordinate and conduct the delivery of the consumption solutions.You will: Guide field sales to effectively position flexible consumption solutions and provide overall governance review and approval for new business opportunities. Liaison to support the review and make recommendations to approve binding contracts with partners and customers. Provide support to sales efforts by incorporating both client-related and operational support. Helps to develop cost models, manages change control process, oversees, coordinates and finalizes proposal content. Participates in client proposal presentationsEnsure Dell's value proposition meets the customer's requirement and can be delivered within the proposed scope. Responsible for and participates in responses to clients

Maintain assigned pursuit in deal tracking tool to provide Management with insight into pursuit progression and next steps and resources required.

Liaison to Engineering, Sales, Delivery and Legal to ensure valid proposed solutions. May participate in the business unit's lead qualification process by working with the Sales lead and pursuit team lead throughout the process.
