Digital Program Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client seeking a Digital Program Manager in Redmond, WA. Overview: We are looking for a seasoned Program Manager to join our client's team in digital stores. This role will be responsible for managing business operations across various consumer functions and disciplines. Responsibilities: Partner closely with engineering stakeholders to ensure ideas come to reality technically Advocate for the user experience across various engineering requests Manage the business operations, keep the team organized and ensure milestones are being hit Create and execute on new processes that improve the overall capabilities of the team Look at the business from a macro perspective and ideate on ways to scale Cultivate strong partnerships with teams cross-functionallyREQUIREMENTS: Scrum or agile certifications are not required, but would be a plus 8+ years of experience as a Program Manager on the business side Experience with digital products or ecommerce Experience executing at the macro level Strong ability to create and execute new processes Strong organization and detail oriented Strong communication across engineering stakeholders and creative teams Experience advocating for the customer journey and UX Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
