- USE PARAMETRIC SOFTWARE ESTIMATION MODELS AND METHODS TO PERFORM BENCHMARKING AND SOFTWARE PROJECT ANALYSIS OF LEVEL OF EFFORT, SIZE AND SCOPE, PRODUCTIVITY, SCHEDULE, RISK ASSESSMENT, MATURITY AND RELIABILITY AND DEFECT ESTIMATES, RESOURCE REQUIREMENTS AND OTHER METRICS AND MEASURES
- Perform software performance measurement, parametric modeling, and analysis on major defense acquisition programs.
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance
- Bachelors degree in engineering, mathematics, business, or computer science10-15 years of experience with software performance measurement, parametric modeling, and analysis
- Demonstrated proficiency in quantitative analysis and research
- Expertise in conducting Software Performance Measurement Assessments using two or more software parametric cost modeling tools
- Experience in reviewing program documents (e.g., Cost Analysis Requirements Description (CARD), Systems Engineering Plans, Software Development Plans, and Acquisition Strategy)
- Proficiency in MS Office including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (oral and writing) skills
- TS/SCI security clearance
- Masters Degree
- 15 or more years of experience in software schedule parametric analysis
