Compliance Project Manager / Technical Writer

ACS group has an immediate need for

• Compliance writing experience with strong attention to detail
• 5+ years of experience in strategic program or project management in the technology industry
• Experience analyzing, drafting, reviewing, writing content policies preferably at a technology firm
• Ability to create clarity through written work
• Team player with ability to work autonomously

• Perform research, re-write policies, and manage policy edits through to final policy approval
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Microsoft to update licensing policies
• Be the key liaison for policies rewrites for commercial licensing area
• Resolve and document unique policy issues and serve as an initial point of escalation for policy concerns from internal stakeholders
• Excellent project management, decision-making, strategic thinking and problem solving skills
