Accounting Manager Opportunity with a path to Controller!

Our client in Warwick, RI is looking for an ambitious, deadline-driven accounting professional to join the team as Accounting Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for Senior Accountant or Principal Accountant to grow to the next level and step into an Accounting Manager role with a direct path to Controller upon proven success in the role.

The role reports directly to the CFO and will primarily be responsible for the monthly close, financial reporting, client billing, tax preparation and payroll. Additionally, this individual will support the CFO by driving projects to help the organization achieve better accordance with GAAP principles.

CPA is preferred but not required. Role will be remote temporarily, but upon office reopening will be based in the Warwick office.
