Residential Construction - Skilled Laborer Wanted

We are a small residential contractor that has been in business since 1999. We work primarily from referrals and focus on higher end projects in North Seattle. The majority of our projects are additions and remodels with some new construction mixed in.

We are looking for a skilled laborer that enjoys variety and has skills in several areas of residential construction. Applicant must have a driver’s license, reliable transportation to get to the job site and a good driving record to operate the company vehicles.

Job site tasks will include demolition, concrete foundation and slab work, rough framing, window installations, decks, small scale drywall patching, siding work, site clean-up, assisting sub contractors, procuring building materials in company truck and other residential construction tasks. Applicant should be responsible, have a positive attitude, be able to communicate well in English, a non-smoker, and able to work well with others. A minimum of 3 years of construction related experience is required.

For the right individual, the opportunity for advancement to a hands-on superintendent role is there. The ability to take on more responsibility would be rewarded with higher wages and benefits. If you have solid Framing/Carpentry Skills the hourly wage will be higher.
