Position DescriptionProgram Overview:The IAM Business Analyst will report directly to the Manager of Identity Services. The eligible candidate will be a critical member of the Identity Services Operations team. The business analyst understands the vision of the IAM leader and the day-to-activities of their peer IAM engineers and security analysts, and is able to build a pipeline of IAM integrations to be executed by the team. Should be able to work independently with business partners to capture IAM use cases and define IAM processes. This position collaborates closely with IAM management, architects, and service providers to implement the IAM Plan, Build, Run model.You Will:Participate in the requirement gathering of an IAM technical vision that can be articulated across functional groups, aligned with the IAM Services projects and that delivers needed business agility.

Analyze and document functional & nonfunctional requirements for various IAM areas such as Access (Governance) Management, Identity Life cycle Management, Application Onboarding, Reporting, and Analytics.

Effectively communicate the work required at each step of the process

Experienced in effectively interacting and communicating with business partners

Contribute to IAM component designs, IAM service development, implementation and operations in partnership with the IAM Build team.

The IAM Business Analyst must be in tune with the overall IAM Program direction of the organization and should have a solid understanding of the overall organization’s structure and culture, and how the various internal customer rely on IAM as a service. This position brings structure and subject area to the IAM operations function at Fiserv. Responsibilities and impact may crossover to other job groups and functions within the Identity and Access Management umbrella. Prior experience as a BA on large-scale IAM teams is preferred.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience; or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work experience

5+ years business analyst requirement gathering experience for any IAM products such as SailPoint or CA

Project Management: experienced in managing multiple dependencies between IAM projects with a consistent record of successful IAM deployments

Demonstrate strong technical and problem-solving skills

Be a strong team player with good communication skills

Comfortable with collaborative developer tools (Jira, Confluence, SharePoint)
