Deep understanding of networking in the Joint and Coalition environment desired. Candidates should have a understanding of the US DoD program requirements, Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) processes, and be comfortable interacting with DoD subject matter experts in all areas of the acquisition process. Experience in organizations such as USAF ACC and other MAJCOMS, USN OPNAV, TYCOMS and Fleets, or US Army and CECOM valued.Responsibilities:The successful candidate will:Work and lead cross-functional teams leading go to market strategies within the Data Links Solutions business development team;

Lead strategy development within the LVCSM triad to shape, define, pursue and capture new business in the data links market;

Be responsible for developing, forecasting, and capturing new/existing opportunities and maintaining relationships with new and existing military service customers;

Develop, present and articulate compelling strategic and business growth opportunities that include market and competitive analysis, and price to win strategies via decision point reviews;

Continually explore the environment for business and strategic growth opportunities;

Prepare and support company profiles on competitors and potential acquisition candidates, including financial analyses, as well as Strategic Financial Plans and Annual Operations Planning;

Bring experience and professional networks with senior internal and external personnel in area of expertise and marketing strategy;

Represent the Data Links Solutions team in developing market requirements documents and influence campaigns to execute strategies;

Interacts with internal senior leadership on significant market analysis matters often requiring coordination between organizations;

Work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of multiple factors;

Demonstrate sound judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions, where erroneous decisions or failure to achieve objectives would have a serious impact on the organization;

Function with minimal supervision on day-to-day work and general instructions on new assignments;

Willing to travel 30-40%.

Basic Requirements:US Citizen or Permanent Resident.

Maintains or is eligible for US DoD security clearance.

Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of relevant experience OR

Advance degree and 5 years of relevant experience OR

In absence of a degree, 11 years of relevant experience is required

Preferred Requirements:Strong background in military networks, datalinks and communications, capabilities, and technologies at the Operational and Tactical Levels of warfare.

Professional verbal and writing, presentation skills mandatory.
