Title: IT Manufacturing Business Process Management Analyst Location: Olive Branch, MS or Jackson, MS relocation is paid by the client Duration: Direct Hire/Permanent position Compensation: Very competitive salary with a comprehensive benefits plan Client is not in a position to transfer or sponsor visas Job Description: As an IT liaison for business units, collaborate and partner with department management and leadership to identify, prioritize, document requirements, and communicate business needs and coordinate technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience directly in or in support of standing up new manufacturing facilities and lines. Duties and Responsibilities: Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Business Operations, and leverage the broader IT organization to develop solutions through effective use of business and process analysis techniques Develop or coordinate process improvement solutions, both functional and technical Lead and coordinate the investigation of business impacting problems across functional areas to determine appropriate actions Actively review service levels and delivery against business requirements for the areas of the business supported Implement and support technical solutions such as Statistical Processing Control software (SPC), Optimal Equipment Efficiency software (OEE), Vision Systems, and Robotics Resolve problems with products and applications Identifies and recommends solutions to address improvement opportunities Provide consulting and guidance to end users to access standard IT support and services Produce documentation including process maps and workflow documents Ensure that all information delivery needs of the business are being actively managed and serviced Build IT credibility by modeling professionalism, excellence, integrity, and passion Contribute to and facilitate the creation of a multi-year strategy Required Skills: Minimum 6 years' manufacturing experience as a Business Analyst or in a Technical role Must know what technology is needed when building new facilities and setting up new lines, i.e. OEE, SPC, Dashboards, Bar Coding, etc. Ability to manage multiple concurrent activities with time constraints Self-Managed, Self-Starter, Team Player who is well organized and detail oriented Strong professional written, verbal, analytical and interpersonal skills Understanding of core business processes such as Quality, Manufacturing, and Plan to Produce is a plus Must have experience with Manufacturing and Quality software such as WinSPC, and OEE Experience with Microsoft Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SQL Experience implementing a new ERP specifically in Manufacturing is preferred.
