The successful candidate selected for this highly visible role will work closely with a cross-functional group of risk stakeholders to deliver information security, IT risk management, and data privacy protection solutions and advisory services to stakeholders and Operating Companies located throughout the USA. This role will also be called upon to participate and provide input to help execute the agenda of the organization's global Data Privacy and Information Security (DPIS) Community. This position will report to the Director, Enterprise Risk, and Security. location: Atlanta, Georgiajob type: Permanentsalary: $115,000 - 125,000 per yearwork hours: 8am to 4pmeducation: Bachelors responsibilities:- Oversee and manage information security projects and initiatives.- Contribute to the process of information security and risk management strategy definition and prioritization.- Help drive the execution of security roadmap initiatives.- Execute and maintain the Information Security Risk Assessment Process and security products / licenses to ensure appropriate risk treatment decisions are made for risks identified during risk assessments and compliance audits.- Develop and maintain documentation templates required to support the Security Risk Assessment.- Act as customer-facing liaison and information security Subject Matter Expert for IT functional teams, internal project teams, and business stakeholders to provide the understanding and enable the means to fulfill Randstad's operational, legal, and contractual information protection obligations.-Provide content and help administer Randstad's security policy development life-cycle, from policy creation through periodic policy reviews and updates.- Administer the Security Policy Waiver and Exception Process to ensure all authorized deviations from acceptable information protection practices are tracked and managed.- Analyze exception requests from IT and business stakeholders and determine disposition based on risk level and existence of compensating controls to reduce Randstad's potential risk exposure.- Receive and interpret inputs from threat and vulnerability sources, such as Penetration Tests, Application Vulnerability Scanning, End-Point Protection and Data Loss Prevention monitoring alerts, and administer the risk mitigation decision making process.- Serve as backup to assist other Enterprise Security Team members to execute tasks related to information security, IT security risk management, and data privacy protection.- Remain current on IT security risk management and data privacy principles and trends to reinforce core competencies. qualifications:
