Job Duties:

Provide industry leading customer service to customers.

Enter orders, track back-orders and communicate with customers through every step of the order until the order is complete.

Be able to work with Sales Department, Branch Managers, and Shipping Department, Purchasing, Vendors and other personnel to accomplish your goal of providing industry leading customer service.

Be able to problem solve and in a calm, quick, efficient manner.

Be able to work in a high pace industry via phone, email and in person and maintain a calm and professional demeanor at all times.

Requirements:

Must have valid driver license

Experience in Landscaping a plus

Speak and Read English ( Bilingual a plus )

Ability to lift 50 lbs. throughout the day

Irrigation Knowledge a plus

Excellent customer service (Friendly with a positive attitude)

Excellent communication skills

Leather Upper Boots Required
