Springtide is HIRING! Part-Time Receptionist

We are seeking a part-time Receptionist at a progressive new healthy nail care salon and lifestyle boutique in Santa Barbara, CA!

This role offers candidates a unique opportunity to be part of a hardworking team from the time of launch in a beautiful, fun and professional environment. We are looking for personable, outgoing personalities that love this industry as much as we do! Prior retail and hospitality experience preffered but not necessary for the right candidate :)

Day to Day -


Responsible for scheduling and confirming client appointments using Square software. Efficient scheduling tactics will be used.

Warmly welcome guests to spa and manage guest check-in

Process service and retail transactions using Square software on a Macintosh computer

Effectively educate guests on services and retail products

Build rapport with clientele; learning client’s names and service preferences

Professional telephone demeanor

We are a service-oriented company. Will eagerly uphold standards of customer service and professionalism with guests to ensure their comfort and a high level of satisfaction.

As part of a team, willing to participate in maintaining clean and orderly appearance of salon, stepping in as needed to tidy service stations and back of house
