Job Description
We're looking for an exceptional individual to join the People Team at Yoyo.
You will be working closely with the Talent Manager, placing top tech talent in the business.
Key Responsibilities:- Advertising of vacancies via portals and social media
- Recruitment administration, setting up interviews and meetings
- Conducting telephone screenings and enriching candidate experience through social listening
- Conducting reference checks
- Managing candidate communication throughout the application/ interview process
- Candidate profiling (skills,competence and aptitude)
- Matric plus relevant tertiary background
- 1 year + experience in candidate sourcing
- Superb communication skills
- Experience in using a CRM or ATS (Eg Salesforce, Placement Partner, Greenhouse etc)
- Above average understanding of Information Technology concepts and methodologies
- Strong understanding of sales/ customer service
- Strong attention to detail (excellent spelling and grammar)
- Go-getter attitude - hunger for learning and achievement
- Understanding of the Recruitment Lifecycle would be advantageous
