The team is responsible for the end-2-end solution of a technology new to Dell for addressing the demands of 5G.Your contributions will drive end-2-end solutions integration, ensuring compatibility and performance optimization across products and components of the solution. And you will work with colleagues across the business to ensure Dell products always lead the way.Join us to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact as a Senior 5G Solutions Integration Engineer in our Solutions Engineering team in Santa Clara, CA .Key ResponsibilitiesDrive the solution integration activities with focus on end-2-end compatibility and cross component performance optimization

Support other areas; solution limitations, end-2-end specification, development and QA troubleshooting and trial activities.

Work with a global engineering team on development of 5G products and solutions

Essential RequirementsExtensive knowledge of telecom architectures and products

Integration experience from the Telecom and IT domains

IP NW & routing experience

Cloud knowledge (Azure, GCP)

Performance analysis and tuning experience

Kubernetes

Scripting skills

Effective interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written, including influencing without authority

Ability to effectively work in global team environment

Detail oriented, sense of urgency, and a drive to follow through on assigned tasks

Ability to deliver on short-term objectives without losing focus on long-term goals

Desirable RequirementsKnowledge and experience with Agile development practices

Previous testing experience is a plus

Education & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related majors

10+ years’ experience of solution integration work in telecom and IT environments

Lead experience is a plus
