User Research Specialist

Position: User Research Specialist Location: Redmond WA Duration: 18 months

• We have an opening for a URS to support CXT the Customer experience Team, which includes customer support, support.xbox.com and the console Assist app.
• Has experience with both quantitative and qualitative methods and understands the principles behind qualitative vs. quant testing.
• At least experience with qualitative, an interest and ability to pick up quant, and the knowledge to tell them apart. So someone with experience will be key to enable moving fast on a variety of requests.
• Must be gamers and they lean heavily on PhD candidates. Sounding like they need a mixed-methods(quantitative and qualitative ) profile for this role
