Full-time Field Representative

Field Rep Responsibilities:

Equipment Inspection Company, operating throughout the Unites States, is looking for local field representatives to inspect floor planned inventory on a full-time basis. All scheduling is performed by the field rep, but must be performed during the business week, Monday – Friday from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. No weekends. Must have a willingness to travel within a 100-150 mile radius. Company car or a liberal allowance car will be provided. A knowledge of finance, equipment dealer operations or floor plan financing is beneficial. Salary commensurate with experience.

Essential Responsibilities:

· Performs physical inspections of dealer inventories and reconciles to dealer records. Different types of

inventories includes autos, trucks, manufactured housing units, marine products, construction units,

agricultural equipment, musical instruments etc.

· Effective communications with dealer and home office personnel.

· Assess condition of collateral with prompt and accurate reporting.

· Oversees on-line payments due to customer.

· Plans effective routing of inspections to ensure completion within required timeline with minimal office input.

· Willingness and ability to utilize a company supplied tablet PC in performance of the services.
