Custodian

The Autosaver Group is hiring a custodian responsible for the cleaning of the automobile dealership.

Job Duties:

-Keep dealership in clean and orderly condition.

-Perform any combination of the following duties: Sweeping, mopping, scrubbing and vacuuming hallways, stairs, and office spaces.

-Use machinery to clean showroom floor, dust entire facility, and maintain multiple bathrooms and kitchen.

-Empty trash and garbage containers.

-Maintain minor and routine painting, electrical and other maintenance activities using hand tools.

-Performs various maintenance and custodial duties such as installation and repair to fixtures in.

-Troubleshoots and repairs minor plumbing and electrical problems; replaces a variety of light bulbs and lighting accessories.

-Performs preventative maintenance in and around facilities.

-Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

-Able to lift 50 pounds.

-Able to stand on feet for long period of time.
