RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in search of an IS Analyst Senior Associate in Newbury Park, CA.Duties: Provide support for business-critical events like ED&O, Earnings Calls, Board of Directors meeting, Business Review meetings, litigations Coordinate team's activities using Agile methodology and make sure resources are focused appropriately based on existing priorities Perform daily checks on all open VIP issues and own to closure thus ensuring service Level Agreement (SLA) and Operational Level Agreement (OLA) compliance Provide technical and non-technical customer focused IT support, develop and maintains relationships within the business, at all levels Evaluate new technology products based on testing metrics and methodology and recommends new technologies that will be beneficial to the executive and support staff Assist with resolve complex, break-fix issues; Troubleshoot user problems from the client's end and engage other IS groups as needed while maintaining ownership and ensuring client satisfaction Provide remote support to diagnosis and correct complex system issues Serve as a point of escalation for all incidents, assuring timely attention and resolution is provided Acts as a primary contact for VIP projects involving technical rollouts, office moves, hardware/software upgrades Participate in training programs designed to educate end users about basic and specialized applications with the ability to explain complex issues in an easy to understand manner Works in a virtual global team environment to provide seamless experiences for traveling executives by collaborating with clients to determine and understand business requirements Track all work using existing ticketing and other tracking systems; Identify trends and escalate as necessaryREQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree minimum 4+ years of technical PM experience within any industry (Pharma or Biotech preferred - not required) Must have experience with Agile techniques Awareness and experience with widely successful Agile techniques: Creating Epics, User Stories, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Agile Games Excellent communication skills, including oral and written across Business and IT Extensive Project Management skills Candidate can be fully remote - must work PST (no exceptions on time zone)Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
