This role will be focused on leading lean manufacturing process improvement projects and contributing as a project resource during an ERP implementation.The client has an innovative team and they are preparing to crush their competition. s and those authorized to work in the US are encouraged to apply because we are unable to transfer or sponsor H1b candidates now.
Qualifications- Implement and drive continuous improvement in close coordination with management staff.
- Ability to teach the principals of lean and other process improvements and provide training as required
- Support ERP system implementation project to ensure quality of implementation and Lean process alignment
- Support management teams to achieve business targets (KPIs)
- Report on KPIs for quality, productivity costs, and service delivery.
