Position Summary As a member of the Finance Data and Reporting Team, you will proactively collaborate among our finance business partners and across the organization to generate and provide insightful data and analytics and to help centralize and automate recurring financial processes.Driven by intellectual curiosity and creativity, you will architect innovative solutions, provide accurate reporting, and insightful analyses through our Enterprise Data Warehouse and other reporting and ETL tools. In addition to these technical skills, you are someone who is comfortable working directly with team members and stakeholders to understand their requests and concerns; by addressing through data and presenting the results to a non-technical audience in a clear and concise manner.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Strategically align data, metrics, and technical solutions to build integrated products for business insights and actions
  • Support our business finance partners by helping to centralize and automate our monthly financial processes
  • Extract data that will be manipulated, merged, and analyzed into reports, graphs, dashboards, and other outputs to ultimately reveal performance business/products for internal users and external audiences
  • Produce visualization of data using tools such as Excel, Tableau, and other advance to expert tools
  • Support ad-hoc data and reporting requests
  • Other Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Effective communication and collaboration with team members and stakeholders to gather and understand data and process requests and requirements
  • Be the expert on relevant data sources to answer particular sets of questions ensuring data accuracy and integrity
  • Implement tools and frameworks for automating report generation, identification of data-quality issues, and data-governance
  • Maintain an understanding of general business drivers and trends and understand the link between analysis and business impact
  • Ability to manage a backlog, establish priorities, multi-task, and work proactively and independently
  • Stay on top of industry trends and new methods to further advance the Finance Data and Reporting Team

Key Skills / Knowledge & Experience:
  • Expert skill level using SQL to pull and manipulate data within databases
  • Expert skill level using Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with Tableau, Alteryx, and/or other Reporting and Data blending (ETL) tools
  • Able to analyze large volumes of raw data, package the data for further consumption, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations
  • VBA, Python, R and other similar technologies are a strong plus
  • Other Skills / Knowledge & Experience:
  • Self-starter, well organized, extremely detail-oriented and a highly collaborative team member
  • Passionate about data, reporting and analytics with strong problem-solving skills
  • History of balancing multiple priorities simultaneously with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business while meeting deadlines
  • Proven ability to identify areas of opportunity in existing processes and execute appropriate improvements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with and present to all levels of the organization
  • Track record of building and maintaining strong working relationships

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years experience
  • Bachelor degree in a related field

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 8+ years experience
  • Master's Degree in a related field
