Advanced Practice Provider- Nurse Practitioner or Physician's Assistant

Job Description

Assists physician inallaspects ofpatient care, including diagnosis, treatments and consultations. Performstask of educating patients about preventative care and prescribed treatments. Manages health problems and coordinates care of the GI patient in the clinical setting.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program or Physician Assistant Program Current Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) Licensure for NP

Current provider card in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS);

Strong computer skills.

Gastroenterology experience preferred.

Additional Information

Supervises no other staff. Reports directly to Chief Operating Officer.
