Werner Technology is looking for a self-motivated and directed talented individual to assist supporting end userswith our various software programs utilized throughout the organization.

This individual will be responsible for

• Troubleshooting application and softwareissues reported by the internal business customers and determine the best course of action to resolve issue and help in finding a long-term solution if necessary.
• Test fixes and perform post-resolution follow-ups to ensure problems have been adequately resolved.
• Record, track, and document the problem-solving process, including all decisions made, and actions taken, through to final resolution.
• Communicate application problems and issues to key stakeholders, including management, development teams, end users, and unit leaders.

Qualifications

• Training or education in Computer Science or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Strong analytical skills
• Hands-on knowledge of and experience with enterprise and desktop applications, including Telematics applications and/or operating systems preferred.
• Knowledge of trends in technology relating to software applications.
