We are a smaller but rapidly growing company in the sustainable technology field. Our business is up 300% since the epidemic hit. We are looking for an Office Manager/bookkeeper for basic customer service, answer phones, take orders, create and send invoices, order material, Schedule installs, run errands, etc

Required Experience:

Secretary or office manager for a construction/manufacturing or related industry.

Skills/qualities/functions:

- Invoicing/bookkeeping/accounting/controller

- Material ordering

- Data entry for receipts

- Running errands

- Self-starter, organized

- Strong administrative skills, orderly

- Secretarial functions,

- Basic customer service taking calls, managing calendars, responding to emails, etc

Any ERP experience is highly desirable.

Must be able to follow through on delegated task and figure out solutions until the task is complete. Should have strong communication skills, ability to handle feedback and desire to learn.

Must have a reliable car as we have multiple offices.

Start off at $18-22 per hour based mostly on experience, administrative experience, ability to learn, positive energy and attitude. Opportunities to grow and earn more if you are good at intuitively knowing the little things that help things run smoothly.

This position requires a professional appearance and the ability to wear multiple hats. Please send a resume AND/OR a description of why you think you would be a great fit if you don't have a lot of experience.
