Position SummaryAs the design lead for the user interface of the Neptune 360 software platform, the UI/UX Designer, works within a cohesive team of Product Managers, Project Managers, Software Developers, and other stakeholders to create and define a quality user experience for the application.ObjectivesCreate intuitive user experiences using design concepts.Translate customer needs into wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for our portfolio of mobile and web applicationsA creative designer that can collaborate with Product Management and the Development team to deliver an intuitive user experience to meet business objectivesAdvocate for our customers by having a deep understanding of their needs by conducting user research, design iterations, and incorporating feedback gathered as part of Voice of the Customer eventsCommunicate and present to key stakeholders regarding user needs and design solutionsRequirementsEducation:Bachelor of Science degree in Design, Computer Science or Engineering.Experience:Minimum 4 years of UI/UX design experience in agile development processes. Strength in problem-solving and issue resolutions along with attention to detail. Specific skills and experience in addition to those listed above may be required for specific positions.
