Required Qualifications: Strong background in Equity, Fixed income, Funds trading at a major broker dealer or exchange. Understanding of complete Order and Execution Flow. Exceptionally strong data analysis skills and data quality assurance skills Demonstrated capacity to deliver detailed Business and Functional specifications quickly. Background in developing and supporting source-to-target mappings for ETL development. Exceptionally strong verbal and written communication skills Experienced of working with Supervision & Compliance users on regulatory requirements Work closely with application developers to convey and interpret requirements, analyze and evaluate data needed to meet these requirements, and provide QA services Strong understanding of, or the ability to quickly gain such, of applicable laws, regulations, and guidance in the subject area as well as the desire to keep up with changes in a complex environment Experience of working in Actimize Trade Surveillance, Market Abuse and Sales Practices solution is preferred Hands-on experience of writing SQL queries for the purpose of data analysis Experience of working on Python is preferred Experience of working in Investment Banking Compliance IT team is a plus Minimum 3-years experience as a Business and Data Analyst in one of the following: o Trading Front-End or middle office systemso Trade Surveillanceo Compliance systems
