Arcadia Custom is a nationally recognized manufacturer of thermally broken steel, thermally broken aluminum, and custom wood - luxury residential wood windows & doors. We are looking for a sales professional to be part of our West Coast (CA, OR, and or WA) sales efforts. Products are sold through a network of independent window and door dealer/distributors. The West Coast Regional Sales Manager will support existing distribution, expand new distribution and work closely with the high-end residential architectural community to drive sales.
Job Responsibilities:
65% travel, working with distributors and architects
Product knowledge and sales training of existing and new distributors
New business development
Architectural presentations
Jobsite visits, installation consulting, and troubleshooting product
Liaison between manufacturing facilities, customer service departments and the distributors
Trade show and other sales and marketing activities
Job Skills:
Minimum 3-5 years window and door industry sales experience
Strategic thinker with ability to create sales forecast and execute sales plans
Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills
Strong computer skills: PowerPoint, MS Office, Quoting Software
Ability to read architectural plans
Preferred
Strong building science background
College degree
