Job Description
Service Account Assistant is a dynamic, collaborative, and innovative problem solver. You will support all our day-to-day activities, imagining new ways to improve relationships between the company and new customers. In this role, you will assume a wide variety of responsibilities, including sales management and communications.
Salary range: $45000 - $55000 per year.
Responsibilities:Perform routine, detailed sales updates
Build relationships with B2B clients and cross collaborate with other departments.
Handle inbound and outbound client and customer requests and inquiries across (location).
Review and analyze sales data.
Resolve consumer and client issues.
Establish rapport and trust with the client in a relationship where a counselling approach is required.
Develop customer relationships and provide contacts to the Business Development Team.
Develop an in-depth knowledge and understanding of company products and activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
Previous work experience as an Account Coordinator, Sales Coordinator or similar role, an asset.
Experience with marketing/advertising campaigns.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
High level of efficiency and accuracy.
Organizational and time-management skills.
Strong problem-solving attitude.
Excellent computer skills (MS Office in particular)
