Assignment: Temporary – 1600 hours / 40 weeks
$16.00 hr.
Description:
Shipping, Administrative
Work directly with the Shipping Coordinator to ensure delivery of finished product to customers in compliance with the requirements defined in the customer orders.
Key Responsibilities
Print required labels according to the daily shipment schedule.
Prepare and manage the documentation for products shipping to customers.
Effective communication both within the Shipping Office/Warehouse and with external customers.
Data entry to generate required labels and paperwork
Qualifications
Prefer experience in inventory management and shipping
Prefer experience in or related to a manufacturing facility
Oracle or SAP
The position is mainly in an office environment, working 8 hour days Monday through Friday with the possibility of occasional overtime.
