Manufacturing Operator/Assembler

We are looking for an upbeat and motivated person to join our team at Cobalt Racing Brakes as a machine operator and assembler. Your duties will include managing and operating various tools : WaterJet, End Mill, Drill Press, Sand Blaster etc. As well as detailed assembly of the Racing Brake Pad product itself.

Unlike other companies, all of our product is built in house and will require you to perform various steps in the assembly process throughout your work day. Your work will not be relegated to one machine or one task for any significant amount of time. Keeping things relevant, in focus and avoiding monotony is a part of our goal.

Some experience in a manufacturing facility is preferred but not required.

Interested candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, lift up to 50 pounds, be comfortable standing 100% of the time, and perform physical requirements of the job (bending, twisting, operating heavy machinery)

Must have reliable transportation and excellent attendance

Starting pay $15/hour or more based on experience.

Work shift is 8am-6pm M-Th.
