Description;

Installation Helper for CCTV / Access Control/ Intercom / Parking Entry etc. We will provide

Needed training for the right person if you possess some of the skills.

ABILITIES:

Proper hand and power tool operations and safety

Ability carry out duties under minimal supervision

Must be able to effectively communicate, (i.e. see, hear, speak and write clearly) in order to

communicate with employees or clients when questions are asked.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS IN GENERAL;

Use of LADDERS & SCISSORS LIFT, be able to Handle Heights normally up to about 30’ max,

Manual dexterity required for frequent reaching, climbing, and lifting of moderate objects

Able to occasionally lift and carry up to approximately 70 pounds

WORKING CONDITIONS IN GENERAL:

Environments include office spaces, industrial, warehouse, parking ramps

Some Outdoor work – we try to work around the weather

Working with a partner

REQUIREMENTS:

Education Level: High School or Equivalent

Good Driver’s License – DL record that meets our Insurance Requirements & without Restrictions

Must be able to pass a Background Check, Drug Screening & Criminal History

CRIMINAL HISTORY CHECKS ARE PERFORMED. Some types of criminal history may prevent

working at our client’s sites i.e. Police Departments, Banks, Schools, etc. & will Disqualify for hiring.

Compensation:

Salary: Dependent on Experience ($12.00-$14.00 to start) – Direct Deposit Weekly Payroll. Pay rate increases with job performance and as skills & knowledge are acquired.

Benefits include on the job training, Paid Holidays

Employment Type: PART TIME 18-24 HOURS per week (possibly 32hrs if backlogged)

Work Hours: Normally 9:30am to 3:00pm 3-4 days per week – currently on shorter hours due to COVID-19

Start Date: Immediate – or up to 2 weeks out

Employment Term: PART TIME - Probationary period: 90 Days

Working for Smaller Company where Everybody Counts. We have never had any layoffs

Job Experience: Priority will be given to applicants who have previous alarm, video and/or access control installation experience or Low voltage wiring experience.

Other trade experience of wall/building construction is helpful.
