Wanted: Maintenance Tech/Maintenance Superstars

KMG Prestige, Inc. is looking to hire for a few full-time Maintenance Technicians as well as a Maintenance Supervisor for properties in the Ann Arbor area. A qualified Maintenance Technician is skilled in unit turns, advanced plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, drywall, and electrical work. Candidates for the Maintenance Supervisor position must have the people skills required to lead a team, work well with vendors, and offer excellent customer service skills to our residents. Both positions require availability after hours and on weekends for on-call maintenance emergencies. HVAC Certification is required. Must have excellent customer service skills in order to assist residents and work with contractors. Familiarity with Section 8 preferred. Morning grounds cleanup will be required.
