Well established commercial concrete construction contractor is seeking a full time Human Resources / Payroll Coordinator for immediate hire!
Areas of responsibilities include, but are not strictly limited to:
Collecting, calculating and enter weekly time cards
Maintain payroll deductions
Issue and distribute weekly payroll checks
Update personnel records
Employee benefits management
Certified payroll reporting
Workers Compensation
Process employment verification requests
Requirements:
2+ years of related HR or payroll experience
Intermediate working knowledge of MS Excel and Word
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Dependable and well organized
Bilingual is preferred, but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Work Days/Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Rate of Pay: $16.00 - 20.00/hour DOE
