Wells Fargo Technology plays a critical role in the company's customer and employee experience, business and risk management transformation, and growth agenda.Technology Resiliency Solutions Product Lead will shape and drive the product management activities related to resiliency solutions. Resiliency solutions include capabilities supporting Business Continuity Management, DR playbook orchestration and failover automation, App to Infra dependency mapping, reporting etc. The Resiliency Solutions Product Lead will play a leadership role in defining the product vision and roadmap, and work with development/delivery teams and other stakeholder groups across the Enterprise in delivering the capabilities outlined in the roadmap.Product Lead for Technology Resiliency Solutions will engage key resiliency stakeholders involved in activities such as BCP, DR exercises/tests, cyber resiliency, data resiliency, crisis management etc., and develop requirements for target state resiliency solutions. The product lead will drive the implementation, roll out and adoption activities. He/she will engage with development team; facilitate discussions, provide clarification, story acceptance and refinement, testing and validation; contributes to design activities and decisions. Partners with Delivery Leadership and Service Owners to ensure capabilities are delivered effectively. Will routinely collaborate in UX design decision and will demonstrate superior persuasion and influencing skills that ensure alignment between customer, product manager and engineering teams. Has experience in Agile methodology and has played the role of Product Owner or Lead for Enterprise Technology Systems Management solution.Required Qualifications7+ years of technology experience

3+ years of project management experience

2+ years of Agile experience

3 + years of experience developing or supporting IT Service Management solutions

Desired QualificationsExperience managing multiple medium technology development efforts within a major line of business

Ability to influence across all organizational levels, particularly senior management

2+ years of product development or product management experience

Ability to develop roadmaps and plans that enable strategies

Ability to influence and build relationships with LOB stakeholders, technology CIO leadership, external service providers, and architecture teams

Ability to manage in a matrixed organization environment

Ability to present to multiple levels of management

Knowledge and understanding of Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and disaster recovery procedures/solutions

Knowledge and understanding of data visualization

IT Infrastructure Library Certification (ITIL)

Experience capturing and documenting complex business and functional requirements

Experience managing a project team throughout the entire project life-cycle from problem definition, requirement definition, design, and testing and implementation

Experience leading enterprise wide implementations

Experience conducting project meetings, presentations and status reporting

Other Desired QualificationsExperience with Enterprise IT Service Management or Technology BCP/DR solution delivery experience

Strong knowledge in one of the areas - ITSM & BCP solutions such as ServiceNow/Fusion; Automation solutions such as Ansible/ Chef / Puppet.; Monitoring/Dashboarding solutions such as ELK/Splunk/ AppDynamics / Dynatrace.; CMDB tools)

Ability to develop implementation and adoption plans for enterprise solutions and execute the adoption plan

Use case definition, story definition and refinement; feature and backlog management

Knows latest industry trends in the Technology Resiliency / BCP/DR and IT Service Management domains and is looked at as an internal expert on the product as well as the associated competitive landscape

Understanding of Technology Architecture, Engineering, and Operations processes and tools

Familiarity with versatile implementation options

Demonstrates the initiative to explore alternate technology and approaches to solving problems

Ability to analyze data, create process flows and presentations

CBCP/CISA/PMP or other related certifications are a plus
