Job Description
Responsible for all activities within Warehouse Operations at our Anderson Locatiom
Insource from an existent 3PL operations
Shape transformation from 3PL managed to Bosch Managed Warehousing
Lead 56 direct associates
Support the Group Leaders in the three onsite warehouses
Set up Warehouse Operations at AdP for Excellence (KPI, Daily leadership routine, productivity & innovation)Support administration of inventory countingMonitor Warehouse Activity Monitor(SAP)Seek and implement continuous improvement activitiesEnsure daily productivity goals are achievedControl operational costs, while maximizing productivitySpecial projects and other duties as required
Qualifications
Indefinite U.S. work authorized individuals only. Future sponsorship for work authorization is unavailable.1) Must haves
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or Finance), or a minimum of 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management.
- Passport and be able to travel in & out of US, as necessary.
- Legal to work in the USA
- Minimum of 3+ years of Bosch Warehousing experience
- Previous supervisory and leadership experience, ideally in warehousing or manufacturing
- Must be a team player with excellent people/interpersonal skills - with the ability to develop others, mentor and coach when applicable
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience working with SAP, MS Office Suite (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Self-motivated and willing to be flexible in work schedule and hours.

- Good customer relations skills and ability to communicate professionally and effectively with all management levels
- Ability to coach and mentor direct reports
- Good time management skills and strong ability to manage several projects and tasks at once and excellent ability to prioritize time and efforts
