Operations Manager

DescriptionOur client is looking for an Operations Manager. This position manages local scheduling and real-time operation that facilitate the maximization of resources to achieve customer satisfaction. This Operations Manager will manage the Zeeland, MI distribution center with 90 employees and $80M revenue. This Operations Manager position manages all employees of the department and is responsible for leadership, performance management and hiring and training of the employees within its department.RequirementsTop Requirements:Bachelor's Degree or higher in statistics, operations management, business management or equivalent

5 or more years previous operations management experience in a data-driven environment, including forecasting, scheduling and real-time operations management

Experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean Six Sigma, Process Improvement

Prior Experience Building teams
