Accounting Specialist - Accounting

Has the ability to process heavy volume of invoices, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively with Vendors, Department managers and staff.

Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum Experience/Knowledge: 1 year of Accounts Payable background required, 3 years preferred. Ability to process heavy volume of invoices timely and accurately. Ability to communicate with vendors, department managers, and staff to resolve outstanding issues. Required License/Certification: Fire and Safety Certification. If no card upon hire, one must be obtained within 30 days of hire, and maintained by renewal before expiration date.
