Entry Level Accounting Assistant
Responsibilities:
Prepare general ledger entries for billing and collection.
Reconcile major bank accounts and solve discrepancies.
Prepare checks for payment requests and record credit card transactions.
Assist with Form 990T preparation during tax season using LaCerte.
Skills and Qualifications:
Degree in Accounting or Business with emphasis in accounting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, Accounting/Tax software experience preferred.
